Jenna Mesic is the tour de force behind JLM Events Co, creating bespoke, personal events for clients big and small. She began her event planning career at the ripe old age of 6, tearing inspirational pages from magazines and “filing” them in her very fancy TrapperKeeper. Jenna knew that after college graduation she would high-tail it to Vegas where she could gain unlimited experience as a wedding planner. Her passion for people, attention to detail and enthusiasm for life were a perfect fit for the industry and in the 5 years she spent in Las Vegas, Jenna had the privilege of planning hundreds of events for both The Ritz-Carlton and Caesars Palace. She also earned the distinguished accreditations of CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) and PBC (Professional Bridal Consultant).
Jenna met her future husband at a wedding (of all places!!), and relocated to San Francisco to begin a new adventure. She honed her skills as an Event Manager for Paula LeDuc Fine Catering, producing everything from intimate nuptials in wine country, to blow-out bashes for tech industry tycoons. Her stellar reputation within the industry opened doors and she was soon tapped to become a Project Director for DPEM, which gave Jenna the opportunity to lead the company’s production team in events from concept to execution. Jenna’s events have been featured on popular websites such as Style Me Pretty and Wedding Chicks, and she has been profiled for Vegas Magazine, Spirit Magazine, and Special Event Magazine.
In 2014, Jenna founded JLM Events Co. with one objective in mind: to work with clients to create beautiful, innovative and unforgettable events. When she’s not creating moment-by-moment timelines, choosing linens or commanding an army with her clipboard, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and two sons, Lucas & Theodore.
